Albert Jones
Albert is a former fourth-grade teacher from the Midlands. He currently serves as the Membership and Leadership Development Specialist for The South Carolina Education Association. Albert's purpose as an educator has evolved throughout the years and is a direct response to the world around us. His "why" right now centers on education as a tool of liberation. Students must thrive and not just survive. Albert views education as an act of resistance to white supremacy, systemic racism, settler colonialism, and injustice.
